Terms of Service
Our full Terms of Service are being finalized with legal counsel and will be published before any customer accounts are created. Here is the approach they will formalize.
A drafting and verification tool. Operiv’s Grant Agent drafts and verifies grant applications; the Social Agent produces on-brand graphics. You bring the grant. The agent never submits to a funder portal and never signs on your behalf — you press submit, and you sign.
Your responsibility to review. Every draft is reviewed and verified by a person on your team before it is used. You confirm each figure, and you are responsible for the accuracy and final content of anything you submit.
Accounts and billing. Accounts are provisioned by our team after a discovery call — there is no self-serve signup. Plans are billed monthly in CAD and you can cancel at any time.
