Who’s building Operiv.

We’re building Operiv because the math doesn’t work for Canadian non-profits. A mid-sized organization can’t afford the consultants it needs, and the consultants it can afford are stretched too thin to do the full job.

We saw this gap firsthand through work with Ottawa-area non-profits and start-ups, and decided to close it — not by replacing consultant expertise with hand-waving, but by doing the research a consultant does, codifying it, and shipping it as an agent.

The Grant Agent’s 130-task scope was built that way, and the Social Agent followed. The next agents will be built the same way — documented first, one at a time.
