Privacy Policy

Our full Privacy Policy is being finalized with legal counsel and will be published before any customer accounts are created. Here is the approach it will formalize.

Where your data lives. Your data is stored in Canada. AI processing is performed by Anthropic (USA). We build for PIPEDA and CASL compliance, and the finalized policy is structured around PIPEDA’s principles.

What we collect. From the Request Access form, we collect the organization and contact details you provide so a founder can respond. If you opt in, we record the date of your marketing consent and honour unsubscribe requests at any time.

Your documents. Documents you upload are used to draft and verify your organization’s own work — never other customers’. We do not store bank-account numbers, SINs, or other restricted financial identifiers.
